So, I was a bit hesitant to check out the new MCR album, considering they've become outrageously MTV-esque. BUT, I took a risk and bought the album and I must say, I am very impressed. Maybe it's just me, maybe it's just production value (and the band having become ridiculously successful), but their sound seems to have grown through each album. So last night... I hit up Death Cab at the Fillmore along with Mates of State.
