Punk and people scared of Punk satirised all at the same time.

On 1 December 1976 Bill Grundy interviewed the Sex Pistols. When he said "say something outrageous" the response made the headlines.When The Goodies satirised punk in the 1977 episode "Punky Business", both punks and the establishment response to it were satirised in the Bill Grumpy "say something nice" interview.

    dermahrk says Never seen the Pistols clip, altho I read about it ad nauseum. People were shocked by this? Ok, rude word maybe, but the host is even more rude. Loved the parody that followed.
