Buddy Guy Retrospective

Posted over 3 years ago
NPR's Day to Day ran a great story about Buddy Guy and his role in bridging electric blues with rock n'roll. The feature coincides with the release of the recent Buddy Guy 3-disc Retrospective.

  2. jeffatwar says I took this at the Boulder Theater this year. I swear he was posing for me. After this show I declared Buddy was the best singer I have ever heard in my life and the best guitar player I have ever heard. I can't say that I've been proved wrong

  3. gradys kitchen says Buddy sort of has that "put that camera away whiteboy before I break this guitar of in yo ass" look on his face. Seen him live twice, separated by just short of a decade, and I was sad to see that he had lost a step from before. None the less I was moved.
