Squeeky wheels and green grass

Posted about 1 year ago
Well it sure is quiet around here. I am not on boycott (insanely busy, perhaps) ... and no offense or lack of respect for my friends and e-fam who are, but I gotta stand on my own (never was much of a conformist anyway, drove my poor mother crazy!). Oh MOG, I love ya and like Schloopy's gaseous pain, this too shall hopefully pass. And for the two or three of you who are still listening, here are a couple songs for a Saturday lull (thanks to Jenny for Vetiver [Vetiver, noun: the long, fibrous, aromatic roots of an East Indian grass, used for making hangings and screens and yielding an oil used in perfumery.], I should have listened to her over a year ago). This is a really wonderful album from 2006 that will keep me company during the radio silence. Looking forward to seeing the rest of you back here soon .... XXX
