  3. Marigold says Hang in there E! How was the Ponys? I just bought that Beulah cd two weeks ago and it is great. Cute weiner dogs can usually cheer up a weary soul. Brownie and Lady say hi!

  6. goodmusiconly says Thanks Annie, G'night. Dale, just being your sweet self is help enough. :) Mike, buying Yoko was a good move -- it's wonderful. The Ponys were great ... as was Film School last night. I'll tell you about it when my head is screwed back on. Thanks for the weiner dogs, they made me smile. Amber, I am never one to refuse a hug. Thanks, hon. I'm alright ... it's just been one of those days.

  10. Mike the Knife says Erin: Get ready for a better tomorrow, said the not-so-eternal optimist. (And I've gotta add, "Yoko" is no joke-o. Good'un.)

  15. jenny says Hey, Erin, sorry you're down, hope things get better. (and I hope it's something manageable like a finicky client and not illness or family problems.) I've been listening to When Your Heartstrings Break again after years and years...and it's still really wonderful.

  17. goodmusiconly says Thanks everyone ... glad I could turn a bummer day into an EMCD post. That alone is enough to improve my outlook for the week. :) For those of you who are already familiar with Beulah, good on ya' ... it's the gift that keeps on giving. Ivy - that means a lot, thank you indeed. Jenny - I''ve been listening to that one, too. In particular, "Emma Blowgun's Last Stand," and "If We Can Land A Man on the Moon..." Great stuff. I'm feeling all o' your good vibes ... hope you all have a splendid day.

  21. Sturgell says Them little dogs aren't all the roses and sunshine. My friend's family bred them little things and man are they vicious! The running story is that the matriarch of the pack once bit a guy in the crotch after he accidentally stepped on one of her pups. The dogs were fine, but the man was rattled something fierce.
