Under the Covers

...and under a blanket of snow (as witnessed by my last post). I had my mind on Elliott Smith's "Angel in the Snow," but figured I'd post this lovely cover of "Satellite" instead ... Ladies and gents, The Helio Sequence -

  3. dachmo says Here on Lawn Guylind, the trees are way confused and have yet to turn colors. Days are in the low '70s and nights are in the mid to upper '50s. They say we've been running a consistent 15° above normal since the summer "ended". Personally I think a meteorite will get us before Mother Nature ever does. Gloom and Doom, gloom and doom...Happy Halloween!!

  4. goodmusiconly says ooh, just think how much yardwork it'll save you if the meteorite hits before the leaves fall!

  5. goodmusiconly says Now, can someone please explain to me why there are no Husker Du albums on iTunes or emusic? I have a hankerin to hear "Dead Set On Destruction" (see how my mind works?) and it’s nowhere to be found. What a buzzkill!

  6. Mike the Knife says No answers there, but who needs answers when you're pinwheeling through the sky on a "Satellite," huh? (Gorgeous sound, Erin...)

  8. tybees says I really dislike snow, and we get tons of it around here. But this gorgeous song makes me long to open my shades on a cold winter morning to see a blanket of fresh whiteness covering the ground. I need to find me some more Helio Sequence.
