Patiently Waiting...Counting the days till the NEW John Frusciante Album comes out!! Its release date is Jan 20th. If anyone knows me ..they know I am a huge fan of Mr. Frusciantes music..I love the Red Hot Chili Peppers...but his solo music is where I really feel something closer to myself.
If you have never listened to any of his solo work I implore you to go NOW and find it. You will not regret I promise.. the guitar riffs are beautiful, alarming,and mind altering. John's music is quite possibly the only music that can put me in a certain mood just from listening to a certain song. Yes his music is that powerful.

Seeing how you're imploring people to do so i guess i better get to the solo stuff of his starting with the "Shadows" album.
Heyya K.... the first Chili Peppa record i bought was Freaky Styley.
I bought it just because of the band's name way back when it first hit the record store...man was that a scorcher of a surprise when i popped that tape in the player.(hangs head down remembering Hillel Slovak)

Shadows Collide is great,but my favorite album is To Record Water for Ten Days..it might be harder to find though. I also really dig Inside of Emptiness. All his albums are a little different so your bound to find one you like.
