The lovely Nellie McKay is among the many artists on the new Dear New Orleans benefit album that includes music you may already have (Steve Earle, Laura Veirs) and some you may not (Nellie). Still making my way through the tunes, but I kind of get a kick out of Nellie -- she's not afraid of much, it seems to me.
