Listened to this album several times over the weekend and just really like the vibe. Frankly, I'm much more of Hank Sr., fan than Jr., but I am digging Jr.'s daughter's stuff. This is one of the best of 2009 so far. Holly and her sister got in a car wreck a couple of years ago, so I don't know if that delayed release of her second album or not, but it is worth the wait.

I bought that first one but have to say that, although several tracks remain on the iPod, I found it unsatisfying. The track you posted here from #2 is a real nice one, though. Is the rest of the CD this good? I may have to reconsider.

Yes -- doesn't hurt that she's "easy on the eyes" as they say.
So far, I would say the first six songs are keepers.
