Dear Mahalia Jackson,

A friend found you singing "A Rusty Old Halo".

I am 70 years old and this one song I remembered only

the words, "a robe so wooly is scratches". The last time

I heard the song was in 1956. I couldn't believe that he

found it. He sent several vocalist singing it but I absolutely

love the way you sing it. I am not financially able to pay for anything

but it is my greatest wish to be able to download it, someway,

on my email or my desktop and be able to click on it and hear

it "all the time". I do love the way you sing it. And, to me, it is

a 'miracle' that it was found after all these years. Is there anyway

that you could help me out on that? Either way, at least, I have

been able to, once again, hear it. Praise God! It has taken me back

to my high school days....thank you that, at least, for a brief moment
