"Nostalgia 77's":http://www.nostalgia77.com/ new album _Everything Under The Sun_ is definitely going on a list of best of's for me this year. I was turned on to this album by fellow Mogger "Mersenne":http://mog.com/mersenne on the podcast of his show he does for his blog "Undomondo":http://www.undomondo.com/. Their previous album _Borderlands_ won the BBC Worldwide award for best Jazz LP of 2006. The music sounds like it could've came from a time before today with very catchy tunes and atmospheric sounds. The tracks go from jazz to funk to soul to all around groovy. This album features Lizzy Parks and Beth Rowley on vocals. There's almost a downbeat feeling that they are creating with their music. At times they make me think of Cinematic Orchestra only jazzier. I'll let you make up your own mind though. It's a really great album. Pick it up!
