Hey thanks all for your words of encouragement this weekend. Much love to all Moggers. I had a minor freakout this weekend. Things are tough but they could be worse. I'm going to try to spruce up the ol' FS Mog with some more tunes. Thanks for everyone for your support. This song is for you Moggers. I like songs about friends.

I'm listening to Merka right now and that's really boosted my mood for the last hour. So much paperwork it's unreal.     Lady Miss Ian says Fisty - I'm sorry things have been weird for you. Do whatever it is you need to do to ground and center yourself. We all instinctual know what it is we need to heal ourselves. Trust your intuition. I don't know if it helps, but the Cosmos has been very funky over the last month or so (intense planetary alignments and such), but June looks, overall, like a much more positive month. I'll help out by sending some good vibes your way.

I had a thought that maybe things coincided with the full moon last Thursday but things have been heavier than usual lately. My wife thought maybe Mercury was in retrograde but she hasn't validated that yet. Anyway I hope you're right cause things are tough all over at the moment. Thanks for the vibes. If that explanation doesn't help, maybe as a way of coping maybe you should try the Buddhist idea of watching yourself - i.e noticing yourself and your reactions as you're in the midst of all the stress and shit going down. ("Hmmm... I just freaked out there totally unnecessarily"). Not always an easy task I know. I have tried and practiced a lot and not always successfully. But when you do manage it, it actually makes it much easier to deal with. After all, it's not the 'thing' itself which stresses you out, it's your reaction to the 'thing', or unwillingness to accept it which causes the discomfort. Failing all of that, put on some kick-arse music! Go well brother.
