I'm thoroughly bored with a lot of the new music I got last month. My last post was no exception. It happens. I feel like posting something I do like. I love Sebadoh. Every once in a while I get sentimental and put one of their cd's on. They blew my teeny mind in the early 90's. I used to play this song over and over and over again. Still love it.

    fistula spume says Glad you like it wdog. They're pretty diverse. I love that song Dachmo. I love the acoustic version too. A Sebadoh tribute page would be sweet. And no it doesn't seem like songs work in comments anymore. That's why I've only been posting one track on my posts. Totally blows.

    Lizziegreeneyes says yummo - a nice reentry to the world of MOG, a post from my dear friend Sam about a sweet arse band that I know far too little about - Sebadoh & the boredom... I am feeling it because I've been too sick to do anything - including be on the net... here's to turning a corner, one where I can listen both to Joy Division (though I used to feel the way wdog feels) I am now enamored of Ian Curtis et al & will have to dig for some Sebadoh.     Lizziegreeneyes says It took me years to get it... so I can see/hear where you're coming from on the JD tip... still, I got sucked into it hard after loving New Order for so long & finally seeing Control & having so many friends love JD for so long... it really only was a matter of time :) I am sure we'll jive one of these days ;) (hope)

    fistula spume says Hey Lizzie! I feel for you. My wife had a good sized birthday party but 3 people had to cancel because they were sick. My wife's mom's been sick for the last 3 weeks now. No fun. Hope you get better. Good to see your smiling avatar. Dach it happend a few weeks ago. Thoroughly pissed me off. wdog I feel for you. I used to not like Joy Division but my wife helped me to like them. Love them now. Mike I had some pretty sweet "older" friends that turned me on to them. Them and a lot of other bands. Sebadoh is definitely in my top 10 list of faves.

    fistula spume says Too many pot and acid references to count in their songs. Bakesale is great. I love all of their work and solo stuff. The ony album I could've done without was The Sebadoh. Total letdown.
