Tim "Love" Lee for Funky Friday

Posted over 2 years ago
Tim's got some dirty funktacular music. He's also got some peaceful downtempo but I'm not posting that. I'm posting these two gems from his _Confessions of a Selector_ album. Came out in 1997 on Three*Sixty Records and Tummy Touch/Peace Fest. Good times. Oh and if you know what he's sampling feel free to toss in your guess.

  4. fistula spume says I guess I should say in this 4 track saga the kid can't do it and learns his lesson. That first track spanks!

  5. fistula spume says Oh wait I forgot. The kid doesn't learn his lesson. His dad just keeps making him spank him. So grody. Lester, Tim conjures in my mind cocaine, dirty sex, and the 70's. At least on this album he does.

  9. Cody B says Groovy indeed..Among the many samples, one I heard was Seven Minutes of Funk from The Whole Darn Family. This would definitely qualify this tune for funky
