PLASTICIAN : fakeRICH feature
-
Artist:
Plastician is one of those DJ's turned producers who are on the come up in the Dubstep world and he's not looking back.
Like any almost every other DJ, the Plastician started off by listening to the artists who inspired him, (mainly DJ EZ -1) taking what he learned, and moving it into his own direction. He moved on to making his own mixes based off the tracks he liked got his name out and started to approach radio stations and venues. Eventually, all this hard work would pay off and it would get him a regular spot on London's own RINSE.FM (Monday nights from 11pm-1am). Now (Chris Reed) aka Plastician owns his own record label called 'Terrorhythm'. In the past 8 years, he has had the privilege of working with some of the power players in the game Ministry of Sound, and the Bizzle, are just two of many whom he has worked with, and the list just keeps on growing. Recently he teamed up with the Dubstep God.. SKREAM for their remix of the Black Ghost's Some Way Through This. When I first heard this track I was immediately surprised, it was Dubstep with actual vocals... not just the wobble wobble sounds and computer beeps that we are accustomed to. Needless to say, this track is going to be on my iTunes rotation for the rest of this week.
