Must have been something in the water in the Muswell Hill section of London in the early to mid 60's - two extremely influential (if less successful for most of their coreers here in the States) bands in the hsitory British rock and folk came out of there in those days - the Kinks and Fairport Convention.If you're a Fairport fan and don't really know the Kinks - do yourself a favour, pick up "Muswell Hillbillies" or "The Kink Kronikles".
