Return of the Sister-in-Law of the Son of SUTC with Big Daddy: George Harrison/the Beatles

I thought you might like to hear how Big Daddy took what i consider to be one of the lamest songs ever pepetrated by the Beatles and made it not only listenable but fun to listen to.

George Harrison was many things, but subtle wasn't necessarly one of them. Sometimes his approach to lecturing us could work (While Eric Clapton's My Guitar gently Weeps, for instance) and sometimes it just goes thud in the middle of an album - which brings us to Within You Without You.

While Big Daddy were reworking Sergeant Pepper - the whole album - they realised that Within You Without You, while a tad overwrought in the original, would make a perfect beat coffehouse poetry reading...

    Cool.  I posted Big Daddy's Version of A Day In The Life a while back but MOG seems to have eaten it.  dermahrk was aghast.
