I just wanted to let everyone knot that I recently acquired the new 'Bright Eyes' album, entitled 'Cassadaga'. I personally been a fan of Conor Oberst for some time, and when he released his sister cds last year, 'Digital Ash in a Digital Urn', and 'I'm Wide Awake It's Morning', I was actually extremely impressed with what he had done. He was able to conjoin to worlds, that were slowly coming together as it was, and virtually make them one. I was really happy with both of those albums. This new one, took me by complete surprise. You can hear the influence of both albums yet a new found sense of folk, and a tinge of country if you will. Personally I don't prefer country but I feel that he did it well. I think you can tell if you have listened to him for sometime, following him he was able to grow musically very well. And I think that's something that most people, in any genere, have very hard time doing. All in all, I actually like this album.
