I dedicate this post to my dear MOG friend RocknRoll Pimp, who is enduring one of the most miserable human emotions: grief. The post concerns death and music.I've got a new fascination with the music magazine Paste, which I discovered while working out at the gym. Someone left a copy in the magazine while treadmilling pile. It was an old issue from last year, but I loved it anyway.One of the articles that caught my eye was "Lisa Germano: Death be Not Loud," in which I read the following passage about Germano:""The material on her newest record, In the Maybe World, displays a fascination with death and magic.
