  2. Hattie says Thanks for this post. I grew up on Luther Vandross and am very fond of his music as well as his style and persona. My favorite Lutehr Vandross song is "Never Too Much." I often put it on my playlists and comp. CDs.

  5. Hattie says Thanks, e, for the concern and advice. For me, suffering a stroke is a serious possibility. High blood pressure and Diabetes run on both sides of my family. Unfortunately, like many other families in the black community, poor dietary habits and lack medical attention is major issue in my family, too.

  6. extraordinarypoems says My father has had a heart attack and also has diabetes, gout, and arthritis, so I am trying to take better care of myself. I've started a new diet and exercise regimen --- I'm going to the gym every morning and walking on the treadmill and riding the bike, eating better, and using the Abdoer at home.
