Long time no mog

Artist:
I haven't mogged in forever, it seems. And I'm not sure why, because I really love the site. Too overwhelmed by social networks at the moment I suppose.
But I have been crazy busy musically, so I thought it might make sense to update my Mogging friends on some of my recent happenings...
- I entered the recording studio back in April to record The Good Graces debut EP. The EP was stretched to a full-length, and I'm so excited to report that it's done! Or at least the recording part anyways. Final mixes should be ready within the week, then mastering, then pressing... if all goes as planned I'll have CDs (which is a little scary, does anyone even give a shit about CDs anymore?) in my hands by mid-September.
- In a couple of weeks I'll be participating in the first ever Atlanta Girls Rock Camp as a drum instructor. Very excited about this.
- eskimo kiss has released two mighty fine records this year, Citified's "The Meeting After the Meeting," and Gregg Yeti and the Best Lights' "Heart Palpitations of the Rich and Famous."
- I'm starting classes in the fall for a degree in Technical Communication, been really busy with The Good Graces and eskimo kiss, not to mention drumming with Mary O. Harrison. So what does one do when overwhelmed by busy-ness? Start a new project! A new label, that is. The first release on eskimo bliss should be happening very very soon!
- Oh, and last night I had a dream I made out with David Cook. Lord help me.
