My friend had told me about Sufjan Stevens. This friend and I share music a lot, because we have similar tastes. She burned me Come on Feel the Illinoise. Really, she found them, because of that album (we're from Illinois.) Now, I listened to it while I was going to sleep, and everything was just completely beautiful. It seemed to flow, float, and soar above me. I could hear each trumpet note and feel it (I play trumpet). I heard his voice and it's so beautiful, and I could hear it flying over me. It's amazing.

Basically, Bright Eyes has my life. The Matches have my heart. But, my friends, Sufjan Stevens has my mind.

I love them a lot.

Everybody goes through those horrible times. Everyone is saved by someone or something. To tell you the trust, Bright Eyes is what saved me.
