When your band is in a commercial...

I heard about Hem a few years back via a CD ring, and have since purchased more of their music - they're a great mix of traditional sounds and really pretty vocals. The story/legend of the band includes the very talented singer auditioning by singing a lullabye into an answering machine. One of my favorite songs from the album is called "Half Acre".So, when I recently heard one of my favorite songs by a semi-secret artist in a commercial, I had mixed feelings - psyched for them that they were getting some props, but also wondering what happened?
