Todd Rundgren's 1989 CD "Nearly Human" is out of print, and that's a damned shame. It's one of his best solo records from the past 20 years. There are several standout tracks on the album, including "Parallel Lines", a cover of Elvis Costello's "Two LIttle Hitlers", but my favorite is this track, "The Want Of A Nail", featuring Bobby Womack on backing vox. The video is shot in the recording studio, and you can just see how musical and collaborative the sessions were. The track itself is a rousing jam that just makes you want to sing -

Oh my god! This is out of print????
What a shame. I totally agree with you. There are some fantastic songs on this, some of TR's best since _Something/Anything_ . Where to start? "Parallel Lines" is fabulous, and the gorgeous "Hawking" is tear jerking. TR's cover of Elvis Costello's "Two Little Hitlers" does the original song proud. And the last song "I Love My Life" will make you jump up and say "Hallelujah!"
If you can find this record anywhere, grab it while you can.
