Just thought I'd point that out since pretty much everybody seems to have forgotten in the rush to get tatted up and waste time bitching about why nobody takes them seriously as opposed to, you know, making more fucking records.
So here are the Saturday Knights, having a damn good time. Two rappers, one DJ, and, on occasion (I'm told), Brian Weber of Dub Narcotic Soundsystem. And they seem to actually be enjoying themselves. They're not telling you how hard they are, rapping about their jewelry for five minutes, OR bitching about how everyone is out to get them (I'm looking at you, Kanye). They're having fun and, it seems, calling in a few favors. The fucking Dap-Tones show up at one point.
There's a little bit of old school rap ("45"), a bit of punk ("Mutt""), a bit of surf rock ("Surf Song"), and a touch of garage ("The Gospel"). The one I'm tossing out there is just fun and showing off on the mic, which I can get behind. Besides, how is "This ones for the people who count." not a great pun?

They just name-dropped the f'in Olsen Twins! How can that not be fun?(well the actual twins aren't but name dropping 'em in a song is) Seriously, this IS a fun song. And who said hip hop was dead?(I'm lookin' at you Nas). Thanks for the headsup. Not heard of these guys.
