      maybe it's embarrassing, but i'm old enough now to admit without a hint of shame, that my first favorite band was oasis. my favorite song was don't look back in anger. i liked when noel sang. i'm happy that we've gotten far enough away from 1995 that people are making things like this:sp3ccylad - don't look back in angerit's don't look back in anger w/ a kazoo. it's hilarious and life-affirming...

      this movie is basically spectacular. it's got everything: edward norton, sex, ecstacy, cowboy hats, guns and a culkin brother. extended commentary really not necessary. except: watch it. and wait for that last line. it'll take you a couple seconds (or maybe not) and then you'll go "ohh. ah. ow."my reason for posting is!: there are a few (really beautiful) songs in the movie by a guy named Pete...

      love clinic with a passion that you can only love something with if you first encountered it when you were a teenager. like all good country grandmothers, mine eventually got a satellite dish, so i saw the video for 'distortions' on one of her fancy music channels. the video was terrible, but that was beside the point. i sat in the recliner and floated in garbled fragility. and so on and so on....
