TV...On The Radio...On iTunes...

Holy Moses.As if I didn't think enough of TV On The Radio already, they managed to crank up my awe a few more notches with their recent Celebrity Playlist on iTunes...wherein they profess appreciation for everyone from Serge Gainsbourg to Destiny's Child to Gillian Welch.Check it out here.* You need to have iTunes installed to view the playlist...natch.

    River Lethe says Doesn't surprise me, but cool. They've gotten a lot of press since "Desperate. . ." came out, but I feel they are one of the few to deserve it. In the severely overcrowded music business, they are doing their own thing. NOONE sounds like they do. People looking for something different and/or original should be listening to TV on the Radio.

    drewfonts says TV On The Radio aren't too musically insecure to admit that they like something that the average Joe might like as well. They could’ve gone all completely esoteric with their selections, but they didn’t. That makes me respect them even more. A good tune is a good tune, and I have to agree that Destiny’s Child have made a few.
