MELT-PROOF AND SCRATCH-RESISTANT

Op Ivy

Posted over 2 years ago
first heard operation ivy in maximum rock and roll comp in 87. immediately became a huge fan of the band. the shit they put out on lookout helped cement the gilman scene which grew to include lots of the bands that were the soundtrack to my life during the early 90's. shit like crimpshrine jawbreaker and what not. anywho im back in town after a very strange and disturbing training session. my co worker resigned and left me stranded (we had carpooled) in corpus christi, my regional boss informed us that she has breast cancer, our branch boss told us how all of us have been doing a shitty job and heads are gonna start rolling. a shitload of new reports are going to be required from everybody. blah blah blah blah. working sucks. operation ivy does not.later, don

  4. Sturgell says My friends live right across the street from the studio where ??Energy?? was recorded. That album meant so much to me when I was younger, I should go back and give it a listen.
