dj ivi - Arch In Helsinki Sign To Polyvinyl

Aussie sextet Architecture in Helsinki has joined the Polyvinyl family! We are preparing to release their eagerly awaited third full-length album, Places Like This, on Aug. 7. In addition, the new single "Heart It Races", as well as several different remixes and cover versions of the song, will be released on CD, 12" and digital formats on June 5. The band will tour the US in June, and again later in 2007.

That "Heart It Races" is the song that i mentioned last week in a post about remixing, when a pitchf*#k music critic wrote a distasteful review of DJ?Rupture's remix that features Mr. Lee G. The remix will be included on the cd being released on June 5th, and you can listen to it now on DJ/Rupture's murdochspace - http://www.myspace.com/deejayrupture
