Thom Yorke, frontman for Radiohead, will release remixes of songs from his solo album The eraser in January-February 2008. The releases come in the form of three different 12" records via XL Recordings. The collection includes a Modeselektor remix of "Skip Divided," a Surgeon remix of "The Clock," a remix of "Cymbal Rush" by The Field, 2 different takes on "Black Swan" by Christian Vogel, a remix of "Harrowdown Hill" by The Bug, "And It Rained All Night" is remixed by Burial, "Atoms For Peace" is reinterpreted by Fourtet, while "Analyse" is worked over by Various Productions.

The first of these to drop will be on 21 January in the UK and will feature Modeselektor, Burial and Various. The second one drops 28 January and features the two Christian Vogel edits and the Fourtet remix. The final release will be available on 4 February and features The Bug, Surgeon and The Field.
Modeselektor's recent album Happy Birthday featured Thom Yorke's vocals on the track "The White Flash," so we can get an idea of what that will sound like:
Audio for "The White Flash"
The Bug likely created a fierce dub while Burial probably produced an ethereal track. Surgeon is known for hard techno B'ham style, so that one is probably the banger of the bunch. Surgeon just released his new album, This Is For You Shits, today on Warp Records.
