The Donnas Tour With Donita Sparks Of L7

Following in the footsteps of earlier hard rockin girl bands like L7, the Donnas are screaming their way up the charts and into bigger and bigger venues. The Bay Area babes have actually hooked up with one of the leading L7 ladies, Donita Sparks, for their upcoming tour of North America which started this week. Donita Sparks has also been making fresh waves lately. She recorded her first solo album and also plays with her new band Stellar Moments. The solo debut will be released in January 2008 and is called Transmiticate. Sparks also created a mashup of L7 with CSS called "Pretend We're Alala" which you can hear on CSS' my$pace.
