"I wanted to make a double record, but there were some label issues with pricing and the business the way it is now," he continues. "So I crammed as many minutes on it as I could. I really wanted to have a lot of good music to play. After you tour for so many years, people want to hear a certain amount of hits. I needed a lot of fresh material, really, for me. I don't want to just be rehashing the hits and stuff. I want to stretch out and do a good amount of new material. Otherwise, you're not inspired. You're just doing business."He also told Billboard lots of details about the upcoming album which will be releasedin February 2008.Billboard article
