  1. tybees says I understand why you felt it was necessary to do that. It's quite aggrivating, though. I was shocked when I read the comment from websheriff. Are you on multiply? I posted about what was said "here":http://tybees.multiply.com/journal/item/7 because I almost could not believe it.

Anyway, thank you for your honest reply and your speedy removal of the file : we'll shall ensure that - as a true fan of the band - no further action shall be taken against you by anyone (especially not by RIAA - no door knocking in this instance !!). Once Again, With Thanks & Regards, WEB SHERIFF

  3. RSL says I forgot to mention: Don't play this music at a party, another common "primary source" of piracy. Guests could be carrying a tape recorder or even use their cellphone to record the music and offer it on the bittorrents. It _is_ permissible to play a maximum of two songs to party guests who have receipts indicating ownership of the record [photocopies are not acceptable] and the proper forms of identification. If you desire to do so, please contact Matador for the proper paperwork at least 10 working days before your get-together. One More Time Now, WEB SHERIFF

  4. jameson says In fact, don't even listen to said track. People might incidentally hear it, which, as you know, causes problems for Matador.
