This is just a lovely piece of work....
Excellent. He repeats with each beat a fast arpeggio phrase (notes of a chord one after another). It's hard for me to figure out an overall form, but it doesn't seem freeform either, just organically irregular, with each new arpeggio twisting the curve in the best direction. Right on.
