Sigur Ros could end Wars

Sigur Ros... What more can you say about these guys? Musical geniuses? Sure. Saviors of the future? Perhaps. I've stood by the assertion that if ( ) were the background music of the world, there would be no war. You couldn't fight with music so beautiful playing.( ) is truly euphoric ambient at its best. Takk is also excellent, as is their earlier works. There'll always be a soft spot in my heart for ( ). It is musical sunrise...

    Zeriel says I saw them in Chicago in the summer of 05. It is my favorite concert experience. The auditorium they played in was fantastic. Large enough to let the music blast, but small enough that most people could see everything that was happening on stage. I and my 4 other people drove up to chicago on a wednesday in a cramped Chevy Malibu. We got into chicago at about 4 and the concert was at 7 I believe. we had enough time to get into our hotel, figure out where the theatre was, and then figure out the Y. It was a rushed trip. We left on Friday because some one had to work on saturday. I wouldn't of traded the trip for anything!

  5. Anonymous says I have yet to see them but this evening i'm listening to them right now and this is the best evening ever..... their music reminds me of outter space.The "Nothing Song" is my favorite.
