I think this officially counts as my first "drog". But I did have a (sort of) reason to post. hopefully this will be somewhat coherent. I think it will be okay, since I can still use words like "coherent".
So the point of this, I think, was to talk about the Central Pennsylvania Festival of the Arts. Also known as Arts Fest. This event is pretty much the only event that happens during the summer here in State College. For most undergrads, Arts Fest is just an excuse to visit during the summer and drink alot. For the middle-aged residents, it's about the artists. For me, it's about the music. Though the festival is mostly about the art displayed at booths around town, there are also many performances. We do, apparently, have a music festival that happened last weekend. I might have gone, but I had to work. But Arts Fest has more and better music anyway.
I don't actually know any of the bands playing, except for one: Jukebox the Ghost. I'm not sure if I like them, but its a free show, so why not? I've only heard their self-titled EP, so I still need to download their new album "Let Live & Let Ghosts". I actually almost saw them once, but my friend who wanted to see them got sick, so we didn't go.
Anyway, the festival is next weekend, so I will probably write a review of some sorts after that.

-I just signed up for Mog Wars. I'm excited, it sounds fun. I just hope I dob't die in the first round.
-Ooh, About a Boy is on Bravo right now. This is one awesome movie with one awesome soundtrack. I think I'll watch.
-omg...my ex-boyfriend is such a dork. He needs to sop trying to be friends. What the hell was I thinking?
-why doesnt the bullets button acutally make bullets?

brittany - I am pretty sure that most of the bands are local, or at least from Pennsylvania. but Jukebox the Ghost is from DC I think...Im not really sure how they ended up playing here!

Drunk Mogging is an old tradition around here. The King of it is Rock 'N' Roll Pimp of course, when he's not on the wagon. I'm on a permanent wagon or I'd do it too. You make a very literate and well-spoken drunk. Time for more drinks, then!
