Just found the track list for the new Ingrid Michaelson album that I can't wait for (October 14th!). She also posted one of the songs "You and I" which is a duet with Jason Mraz with whom she is currently touring Europe. (see video)

What made me laugh was this banner on her myspace:
At her show in Philly last June (also at the TLA) she joked about wanting to do a show where everyone dressed up in formal wear. She did sound serious but I still didn't think she would do it. I don't think I will be going, but still, how cute is that?

That would be sooo much fun! I've got a prom dress and a bridesmaid dress that would love to make an appearance at that show.

What a fabulous idea! Who doesn't like to get fancied up for a show from time to time? It's only company Christmas parties in this town...but I do have a great friend in Philly (and might be able to get him in a tux).

Also, I totally lied. I just found out that Jason Mraz doesn't sing on the Album version of "You and I", it's Ingrid's producer Dan Romer.
