William's album "The Sparrow And The Crow" is to be released September 30. Today he posted the song "If You Would Come Back Home" as an appetiser. I gotta say, I am not impressed. It sounds so much like many of his other songs, which is safe and boring. Even if i heard it with fresh ears, i don't think I would care for it too much. Thoughts?
edit: William's myspace was updated with the album date and 2 more songs from the album. Only "If You Would Come Back Home" is available to download, but you can listen to all three here.
I like the other 2 songs much more than the first, and now I am way more hopeful for the album :) If you are interested, there is more album-related info on his myspace and the promise of even more to come in the weeks before the release on the 30th.

I'm going to have to concur. I don't like being negative but I'm not impressed either. Sounds like a lot of other music lately. I'm not that familiar with his work though. It's always hard to judge an album though just from a handful of songs. Unless the song blows you away.
yea, i guess i'll just have to wait for the album to see!
