hi there
I've lost count of the beers I had tonight. It was a good night.
I've been meaning to write a post for a while now....about where I've been, and that I hope to return, full force. But it never happened sober, so here it is drunk. And I've realized that it probably doesn't matter where I've been. A lot has changed though. Location, occupation, sanity. All the change caused need for a break. I'm finally starting to feel human again, and I think that feeling is leading me back here. To a place that got me through some dark times. I never told you that, but now you know.
So stay tuned, I'm not done yet.

You make perfect sense when you're drogging :)
Hey lady, it's good to hear from you. I'm glad you're starting to feel better.
No need to count beers! I always find out in the morning how many I've had...
.
Drunk mogging is a tradition around here. Welcome.
sometimes you think clearer after you have been drinking, just glad to see you are still around these parts
Drinking at Penn State? When did that start?
probably with the mifflin streak!
haha the funny thing is that I'm not at Penn State right now. Thats all part of the changing circumstances. But my time there certainly did teach me well in the drinking department. :) and yes, I have witnessed the mifflin streak. no, I did not participate.
Thanks all for the kind words, I'll be back soon!
looking forward to the next post, sober or otherwise...
Not to sound ancient or anything, or to try and one-up anybody, but I was a witness to the first Mifflin Streak - before it had a name, even. If memory serves correctly, drinking at Penn State started several months before that....
no, not to sound ancient. ;-)
was the Phi Psi 500 run when you were there? I believe it is now defunct, though I cannot imagine why a town and university can no longer condone encouraging packs of underage lads and lasses from running from bar to bar in a footrace, while chugging fave beverages at each stop.
I am sure it did ivy, and for many days after it. I did not go to Penn State, but my brother did and actually ran in the event. He sent me a shirt, top 10 things overheard at the mifflin streak, still own it to this day
Yes, I remember the 500 as well. My father used to own a men's clothing store right across the street from the Skeller, which was one of the last stops, so I saw the human carnage first-hand....
oh my... i just returned home to lots of fun penn state stories...i love it!
Unfortunately I have to run out again...off to my favorite bar! No drogging tonight though, cause I'm staying at a friend's house. I'm sure they'll will be plenty of chances to drog in the future!
:)
