Free Ozzfest?

I just heard on the radio that Ozzy and Sharon have announced that Ozzfest will be free this year. It sounds like a pretty cool idea. I'm sure they will draw a big crowd of teenagers. However, I'm wondering what bands will sign on for the tour if they aren't being paid. I'm guessing the big name bands will pass this one up, but I could be surprised. Now I'm just waiting to see if they'll choose Kansas City as one of the 25 stops on the tour. We seem to be getting passed up on a lot of the big tours these days.
