Revelations

Yesterday as I was driving home from work I was listening to the local rock station. As they started off the "Drive at 5", the DJ announced that he had the new Audioslave album, "Revelations" in his hand and he was going to play a new song. He actually played 3 new songs (Revelations, Sound of a Gun, and Wide Awake), plus Original Fire before he got shut down. I wasn't quite sure what to think of it as it usually takes me a few listens to really decide if I am into any new music. But, it definitely has promise. I don't expect this album to be as good as the first, but hopefully at least as good as Out of Exile.I just discovered that VH1 has a preview of the album up. You can listen to the whole thing here. I'm heading over there right now to give it a listen.
