.......an old & dear friend recently told me.......".Being an old hippie from the sixties, I was heartened, at first, to see young people taking to the streets, protesting the many injustices,and inconsistencies of our current "regime". After reading more on the subject over the last week, including Ann's (Coulter) take on the " Occupation" , I am sad to say, it is looking more and more like " Burning Man" bullshit to me as well. How can these folks back Obama??? I am floored by that alone.".
........And i well understand her feelings. I said long ago...on these pages....that i am infinitely more frightened by the politico-infotainment complex than i ever was by the military industrial complex.............The one is far more dangerous and insideous than the other. We have been watching one of the most cynical political ploys in the last hundred yrs unfold before our eyes. Take back wallstreet...the protests. & you can actually follow the story as the narrative unfolds...this is the Tea Party of the left...bold letters...bold-faced names....America is fighting back against "fat cat" CEO's & "greedy wall street.......proclaim the leads to stories.
....and right on cue..here comes the unions...to lend support. (and bodies for the meager.. "crowds".)
......Being an old hippie myself....I'm horrified by the left's longing for the embrace of Big Brother. ....but enough of that, right?

Not True! She blames no one. But she does reference the myriad studies which prove that 75% of poverty in America can be traced to young girls having babies before they have a life.
She is one of the most self righteous, arrogant, cruel spirited, judgmental people I've ever seen or heard. She spouts hatred and condescension.
When she blamed single women for main the reason there are so many people in jail (I heard her say those words with my own ears), I had to pick my jaw up off the ground.....aside from being incredibly general and judgmental, what was her point?

Well Andrea.....If what she says can be proven? Is she mean-spirited for telling truths? It is a serious problem in America, Andrea, and hiding from it is not the answer. And enabling it, aiding & abetting it is most certainly not the answer. We hold certain truths to be self-evident.
.....This is not blanket condemnation. Nor is it judgement. You cannot look at it as a personal issue...you got to get high up....and look at the larger picture. And please, familiarize yourself with Ann's writings. I know she throws bombs sometimes, but she's brilliant and sharp and funny as hell.
Okay, but I'm not hiding from anything, nor am I aiding or abetting. People can believe what they want, of course....it is America and all that. But Ann Coulter is......ugly. AND it's her fault she's ugly, not her mom's.
