SIT IN A DARKENED ROOM AND LOOK OUT THE WINDOW AT THREE A.M. WHEN EVERYTHING IS CRINKLY COLD & BRITTLE. WATCH THE STARS THROUGH THE TREES

Artist:

The quietute is soothing, deceitful. The cold outside slips into your bones, far from the tea's steaming reach. Fear flooded memories of distant future's past form n fade, in languid lazy loops.
FROM WIKIworld...
The band was formed by Marko Nyberg who began composing under the name in 2002, wanting to create cinematic music influenced by film, photography and painting. When recording the debut album Country Falls Nyberg recorded around 20 musicians and singers for use on the album—each of them good friends of Marko's and all Helsinki-based.

Gorgeous! Thanks DMDM, very appropriate for a cold rainy night.
the only thing I don't like here is the band name. the prismic rainbow of the pic brought Pink Floyd to mind, and the music reinforced the impression. That distant pedal steel (?) is an original flavor and fits perfectly. nods to the gentleman in the skull-mask...
Scotty, the picture has nothing to do with the CD. Just something I had laying around in my computer
I dug it.
Very soothing, I will play it again with a cup of tea in hand. I needed that. And thanks again for the moral support, it is appreciated.
"Cinematic" is exactly the word....
strange. it looks like schloopy sabotaged the comment i left here yesterday. i wrote that this is beautiful in its subtlety and i also wrote happy birthday.
I saw that, Ilay, Thank you.
nice track, even better picture! Was going to ask if the picture was from the cd but someone beat me to it. Just out of interest wheres that picture from, Is it an album cover?
@lakeillustration, no just a poor photoshop exercise.
Hypnotic. Not sure if I would want to listen to this repeatedly, but once is nice.
