Has Anyone beside me ever heard this song? Way back in the early seventies i bought a double vinyl album called ERIC BURDON MADMAN. I b'lieve it was at least partly a greatest hits thing, as it had Paint it Black, Man/Woman, an' other songs i knew from him. But there are two tracks; 'Orange and Red Beams' an'his amazing take on a song originaly recorded by Dantalian's Chariot called "Madman"(isn't that the madman runnin' cross the fieldisn't that the madman, wonder how he feeeeeeels.)So far with the help of my trusted mogs i'm battin' a thousand tryin' t'find those long lost songs that scratch at the memory.An' while i'm at it.....I have an' old (1987) double album sampler called "The bigtime syndrome" its got some cool tracks on it. One track that i'd love t'have on cd is"rubber room"........by Alex Chilton. I have a lot of his cds (BIG STAR AND SOLO) but i've never seen this track on cd!!!! HELP!!!!!!
