In fact, they asserted they'd cross the aisle and vote for McCain.Barack's association with the "rev" Jeramiah White is crippling, its doubtful he can recover. The broadcast networks have already moved on, they've been very pliant in that regard, but the issue has large swaths of mid-America Fuming. You can bet the Republicans will hammer that point if Obama is the nominee.
