Beware. The combo of Sonic Youth and nicotine withdrawal can bring about thoughts of suicide. In my case, you can drop the withdrawal.

so far.....about 10 cig's today. this is tough, sittin' here moggin' w/out smokes......ugh!
Grab a bread stick or a straw to hold you over and give your mouth something to grasp while you MOG. You can do it- you're down to 10. Tomorrow try going for 9 by this time and Thursday 8 and so on.
