Its a great time to be a New England Sports fanHonestly, we sports fans will brag in coming years of having lived in this era, and having watched Tom Brady play.

    deadmandeadman says Oh yes sir, I watched that game for a while. I just wish the NFL had provided a better match-up for you guys. The Dolphins are pitiful this year and they're probably lookin' at a rebuilding era. Did you watch? Are you a fan of NFL football? To me its religion.

NyTimes column on how the better political position wouldv'e been to back the underdog, Colorado, heavily Christian team by Selena Roberts was pretty funny. Cheers..but are the Sox the new evil empire?

    waydutch says and us Michigan fan will brag about Brady being a Michigan alumnis and having seen him in the Big House forever (and wonder forever how he was only a starter for two year, being Brian Griese's back-up for his first two years (hummm, who would you take given the choice now) , or how there was a quarterback controversy during the two years he did start as to if Drew Henson should really be the starter, and how it was he came in listed as seventh on the depth charts) .

    deadmandeadman says Waydutch, Brady flew under all the radar screens except Bilicheck and Pioli's. I'm not sure they even knew what they had, at first. Though he's certainly been "coached up", he brings an amazing focus with an uncanny cool that cannot be taught. I swear he sees things in 1/4 real time. Bartlby, yeah, to prove our machismo we have adapted much of the lexicon of warfare into our description, depictions and other reporting of the NFL. Its sad to say but true, I'd bet a very large percentage of NFL fans have no idea of the baggage a term like "blitz" carries. C'est la vie, no?

    Marigold says It is pretty impressive what Brady and the Patriots are doing. I sure hope Brady passes Peyton. I do not see why he would not at this point, the guy is on the war path. Your sister should not be surprised with what happened.
