   RGM says I use to see "Mighty Joe Young," in L.A., great Funk Rock Band! Heard they were called "Swing," before that. A friend of mine was close with the brothers, I use to see Robert working at Mesa Boogie in Hoolywood. He was playing nothing but MM StingRay Basses at the time, and wanted to find another bass to make his own, cause at the time they were to associated with Flea. The Band Disapeared one day, and reapeared as STP. Heard they had to learn this new style at the time called Alternative Rock,,,

   joseexist says Filter and STP are faves of mine. They came along when I was down pretty deep in hard times. I'll give these guys a listen for sure. I have a friend whose last name comes close to Deleo. It's De La O, though. Good biz-man and friend.
