I'm in the middle of this book by Daniel Levitin called "This is your brain on Music". So far it's an elegant examination of the brain's processes in perceiving music. Some of it is pretty technical - a conversation about frequencies of harmonics/overtones and some other sophisticated music theory shouldn't drag the dedicated reader down too much. Anyway, I thought it appropriate to talk about this book a little for my first post since this MOG thing seems to have a "brain" as its guy in charge.
