Jeff Buckley rocks out!

Posted over 2 years ago
Just watched the DVD "Jeff Buckley - Live in Chicago" Great 1995 performance. He seemed to rock a little harder in this performance more than he did on the Mystery White Boy live album with some pretty neat little guitar licks, which makes me wonder what the next studio album would have sounded like. Thoughts? Here's my fav part of the show.

  1. River Lethe says While I love the studio albums, live is really where Jeff, and let's not forget his band, really shine. Watching the band watch him to see where the song was going to go, you can tell how amazing they were. And yes, it definitely rocks more live as well. I only wish I had seen them in person. Some of the band members did some stuff with Jennifer Charles a few years back, if you're curious.

  2. Tommy O says He was a great artist. I always felt out of the loop with Buckley. When everyone went to him, or Elliot Smith I went to Sexsmith and then when both Smith and Buckley died I kinda felt it would be tacky to leap on the listening. So, relatively recently I started getting more into both of them. Terrific artists. BTW Dave...I just realized that for some reason I didn't have you as trusted (because I don't really trust you)...my apologies...but consider yourself added.
